What is Chambers of Devious Design?

A 2D strategy puzzle game about competing henchmen building a lair for an evil mastermind. You take turns placing rooms with different effects and neighbor preferences, using character abilities, and attacking opponents with cannons or dynamite. You can play through an AI campaign or adjust the rules in custom games, including matches against friends.
