What is Rogue Waters?

Rogue Waters is a single-player, isometric tactical RPG built around procedurally generated pirate runs. As Captain Cutter, you chart routes between encounters, target enemy ship modules with cannons, then lead a crew through turn-based boarding and land battles while pursuing Captain Blackbone.
