What is Touhou ~Red Empress Devil.?

A top-down roguelite shooter set in the Scarlet Devil Mansion, which becomes an endless dungeon through Sakuya Izayoi's ability. You choose a Touhou character, shoot through rooms, and collect items to strengthen your character during each run.
