What is Witch and Council : The Card?

This single-player, 2D fantasy card game follows Lulu, a witch trying to reclaim an heirloom stolen by the Student Council President. During runs, you fight turn-based battles, collect and upgrade cards, and buy relics and scrolls from merchants. You can play Story Mode or Witch’s Tower Mode.
