What is Rise of Rebellion～地罰上らば竜の降る～?

A single-player 3D action RPG set on a fantasy island, where you fight to reclaim your hometown as a warrior who harnesses the earth's energy. You break enemy guards with sword attacks and face bosses across the island. Landing special Arts attacks on exhausted enemies triggers heavy damage, but enemies can exploit your depleted stamina the same way.
