What is PANELKI?
This first-person simulation takes place in an open, procedurally generated Siberian city of panel apartment blocks. As a utility worker, you shovel snow, replace light bulbs, and remove graffiti for pay while saving for a ticket out of the city. You can also do maintenance work online with a friend.
