What is The Last Disease Z?

This Early Access survival sandbox takes place on an abandoned island populated by zombies, mutants, and armed bandits. You search settlements and a deserted military base for loot, gather resources, craft equipment, and develop character skills, playing alone or with others in cooperative or competitive multiplayer.
