What is the World According to Girl?

You play an administrator in a single-player deckbuilding roguelike and raising simulation set in a collapsing future world, where humanity plans to escape into space. You use personnel cards to develop a girl's abilities over seven years, with six turns per year and an Inquisitor's evaluation at each year's end. Her abilities determine the story's ending.
