What is World Empire 2027?

This geopolitical strategy game is set in 2027 after a global economic collapse, with you taking power after an uprising. You choose one of 180 countries, manage its economy and military, use spies, and conduct diplomacy. You take turns against computer-controlled countries or play online or locally with up to eight players.
