What is Haunted House Renovator?

As a paranormal renovator hired by property owners, you investigate and restore haunted houses and apartments in a first-person, single-player sim. You find ghosts, use tools and rituals to remove them, then repaint walls, change wallpaper, and replace furniture. Choices about how to resolve hauntings affect rewards and the ending.
