What is Strategic Command: American Civil War?

A turn-based strategy game played on a hex map of North America during the American Civil War. You command the Union or Confederacy through campaigns, moving armies, organizing recruits, researching upgrades, and managing production and diplomacy as the war determines whether the country remains united.
