What is Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise Of The Dragons?

This side-scrolling beat 'em up takes place in a New York City devastated by nuclear war, where Billy and Jimmy Lee fight to drive out the gangs. You choose two fighters to switch between as you battle through missions. Mission order changes their length and difficulty, and you can buy randomized upgrades between them.
