What is Touhou Blooming Soul?

You play as Hata no Kokoro in a single-player action roguelite set in Gensokyo, revisiting past battles to understand her emotions. During roughly hour-long runs, you explore randomly generated side-scrolling maps, fight magical creatures, and combine collected items and skills before facing bosses.
