What is Endure Island?

Endure Island is a single-player, open-world survival shooter with first- and third-person perspectives, set on a deserted island where you investigate a mutating virus. You fight infected enemies, collect samples, and research or release viruses to change conditions in different areas. When you want to leave, you call a helicopter and survive until it arrives.
