What is Sanatorium - A Mental Asylum Simulator?

This is a 2D point-and-click workplace simulation set in a psychiatric hospital in 1923. You play a journalist investigating a childhood friend's tip while posing as a doctor. Across four chapters, you examine patient files, run tests to reveal symptoms, and prescribe or withhold treatments using the era's limited medical knowledge.
