What is Notes From Province?

In this free, single-player, turn-based RPG, Kyme seeks a fresh start in the city of Province while pursuing a thief who steals voices and memories. You explore the city and surrounding areas, switch between seven characters during combat, and spend downtime fishing or decorating your home.
