What is Madshot: Road to Madness?

In this single-player, side-scrolling shooter, you play an alchemist trapped in a Lovecraftian abyss after meddling with dark forces. You shoot waves of monsters while rolling, dashing, and wall-jumping, surviving as long as possible to raise your score.
