What is S.P.L.I.C.E.D.?

A free, single-player side-scrolling action-adventure set in 3D environments, following a woman challenging mob leader Jiaolong's rule over Chinatown. You fight mutants and monsters, search for weapons, and learn a boss's attack patterns.
