What is Kai Yuan?

Kai Yuan is a single-player, top-down city builder set in historical Chinese cities during the Tang Dynasty. You manage residents' needs and jobs, distribute limited resources, and train troops under appointed generals. Palace construction requires large amounts of labor and materials, while historical events reflect the era.
