This Early Access first-person survival horror adventure takes place in and beyond the Backrooms, where you awaken after a skydiving accident in 1983. You navigate procedurally generated spaces, scavenge supplies, craft items, and manage your physical and mental condition while avoiding hostile entities. Your exploration can lead to multiple endings.
