What is Prison City?

Prison City is a single-player, side-scrolling shooter set in a version of 1997 Detroit that has become a mega-prison. As retired cop Hal Bruzer, sent to defeat the group controlling the city, you fight through themed stages with chakrams and grenades, navigate hazards, and find hidden upgrades.
