What is When the Light Dies?

This single-player, top-down roguelite shooter follows the last survivor of a Northwest Passage expedition. In a procedurally generated frozen wilderness, you fight waves of monsters and bosses, scavenge supplies, and manage warmth and sanity. You choose weapon and ability upgrades during each run, then spend collected currency on permanent bonuses after death.
