What is Miasmata?
A single-player, first-person survival adventure on a remote island, where you play a plague-stricken scientist searching for a cure. You explore an open world, gather plants and fungi, make medicines, and use landmarks to triangulate your position and map the terrain. Water and shelter help manage fever, dehydration, and exhaustion, while stealth helps you evade a stalking creature.
