What is Spelp?
This single-player, top-down shooter mixes arena survival with roguelite elements in a science-fiction setting. You shoot alien hordes, fight bosses, and upgrade weapons and passive abilities during twenty-minute runs. On the planet Stardust, you free captive program members to assemble a team; in the Lab, you fight waves of experimental monsters without their help.
For you if...
- +you enjoy combining weapons and passive upgrades into specialized builds
- +you prefer short runs with selectable difficulty levels
Not for you if...
- −you want cooperative play rather than solo survival
What players say
89% of 56 reviews are positive
Players praise the art style and weapon variety. A recurring complaint is that the gameplay does little to distinguish itself from other survival shooters.
