What is Saiko no sutoka no shiki?

This survival horror spin-off of Saiko No Sutoka takes place in a randomly generated forest. You gather body parts and food for an undead Saiko, enlist her help against the hunter holding the exit key, and defend yourself with melee weapons and blocks. A separate mode pits you against Elissu, whose behavior shifts between stalking, harassment, and lethal attacks.
