What is Winnie's Hole?

You control a virus inside Winnie in a single-player strategy roguelite set in a horror-comedy storybook world. Each run involves placing and reshaping blocks to spread through his body, capture cells, and gain mutations. In battles, you arrange blocks on a brain board to activate combinations of randomly dealt actions, with new perks and virus strains unlocking across runs.
