What is Realms of Flow?

This single-player VR meditation app uses stereoscopic 180-degree video environments. You choose a scene and set the timing of narration, breathing cues, spatial sounds, humming, and interactive elements; breathing tempo can follow a fixed setting or your hand or belly movements.
