What is SWOLLEN TO BURSTING UNTIL I AM DISAPPEARING ON PURPOSE?

This free, single-player 3D exploration RPG takes place in Vomit, where a flying saucer crashes but you still have a post office shift. Over one in-game day, you talk to residents, explore town, and collect "Effects" that provide clues, change your appearance, or help you get past enemies. Completing tasks opens new places, and investigating the saucer is optional.
