What is Cthulhu's Reach: Devil Reef?

This top-down twin-stick shooter takes place around Innsmouth in 1923, where you hunt treasure to repay a gangster. You fight eldritch creatures through three acts of procedurally generated dungeon runs, collecting items and unlocking and upgrading weapons.
