What is Urban Chaos?
A single-player, third-person action game set in freely explorable city areas at the turn of the millennium. You play as police officer D'arci Stern or ex-soldier Roger McIntyre, using stealth, hand-to-hand combat, guns, and vehicles as a plot involving a mysterious cult unfolds.
