What is Parking Tycoon: Business Simulator?

You build parking lots, set hourly rates, upgrade facilities, and acquire more properties in a first-person business simulation. You also protect parked vehicles and deal with equipment failures. Milestone cutscenes explore the history of your land and a curse linked to its previous owners.
