What is HYNPYTOL?

This puzzle action adventure follows a Killer T cell through the human body to save a failing immune system, guided by a Dendritic cell. You use a single high-five action to move, talk to other cells, overcome obstacles, and handle infections, with an immunopedia explaining friends and enemies.
