What is PERIMETER: Legate Edition?

A top-down science-fiction real-time strategy game set in the Chains of Worlds. You develop bases, command forces, and reshape terrain to produce energy, attack enemies, and improve defenses. Campaign missions follow commanders from different factions as rival coalitions clash over humanity’s future.
