What is Mortgage nightmares?

This free-to-play, single-player visual novel follows Lena, a freelance designer moving out of her parents' home. You move around her apartment, interact with objects, and meet neighbors as unexplained incidents disrupt her new life. Episodes can be played in order or individually, and a journal explains adult tasks such as paying utilities and obtaining documents.
