What is Spectral Scream?

Spectral Scream is a survival horror game set in a creature-filled maze in purgatory. Alone or in online co-op, you gather items and scattered puzzle pieces, observe creatures, and solve a central puzzle to retrieve and deliver a core so you can escape. Teammates can share items and rescue each other.
