What is Tokyo Xtreme Racer?

Tokyo Xtreme Racer is a single-player racing RPG set on the nighttime highways of a future Tokyo. You challenge rivals in duels that drain Spirit Points, then tune and customize licensed cars and unlock perks as you pursue the title of fastest driver.
