What is Rancher: A new life?

In this single-player, Early Access life simulator, you leave the city to settle on an American ranch. You renovate buildings, grow crops, raise livestock, and cook meals, spending your earnings on tools and workshop upgrades. Outside those chores, you can fish, ride horses, or restore a car for trips into town.
