What is Frozen State?

Frozen State is a single-player, top-down survival horror game set in Duga-40, an experimental city in a man-made ice age. You explore an open world with randomized interiors, loot, and enemies, scavenging supplies, crafting weapons, and building shelters. You manage hunger, thirst, and sleep while avoiding or fighting alien hybrids, working to repair your transport and reach the Resistance.
