What is Countryballs at War?

This single-player strategy game puts you in charge of a countryball nation seeking world domination. On the world map, you spend limited Attack Points and Diplomacy Points each turn to expand territory or negotiate. You also train armies, form alliances, sign treaties, and turn other nations into puppets.
