What is Utopia Must Fall?

This single-player, 2D arcade shooter has you steer a city's automatically firing turret and launch nuclear warheads against procedurally generated attack waves. Each day survived brings a choice of defensive upgrades as you try to keep the city, and humanity, alive for as long as possible.
