What is Heretical?

This single-player, isometric action RPG follows repeated, linear climbs up Sanctora Mountain, where a demigod controls the mines that supply magic. You choose a hero, fight enemies and bosses, and build your character with selected skills and randomly dropped gear before trying again after a failed run.
