What is Heldric - The legend of the shoemaker?

This free, single-player game mixes action combat and village building in a fantasy kingdom where a shoemaker helps defend local settlements. On each campaign map, you place and upgrade buildings on limited plots before fighting monster waves. Villagers generate coins and fight alongside you, while explosive kegs serve as traps or thrown weapons.
