What is Steel Century Groove: Midnight?

This free, standalone single-player RPG takes place in a neon city of perpetual night, where you build an online following and investigate an abandoned arcade. In each level, you trigger your mech's battle abilities to the music. You upgrade mechs, equip mods, and pair them with backup dancers.
