What is Victory At Sea?

This World War II naval strategy game puts you in command of fleets across the Atlantic, Pacific, and Mediterranean. In campaigns for a chosen nation, you direct real-time battles, attack enemy convoys, protect your own shipping, and capture ports. You can also fight historical battles or set up custom ones.
