What is Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage?

This single-player card game is set in New Elysia, where inventors and alchemists shape a new age of piracy. You sail between islands on roguelike runs, collect cards and relics, and fight turn-based battles against sea bosses. It is in Early Access, with a separate Arena mode built around successive fights leading to a champion.
