What is UNDERWARD?

Investigators enter an abandoned underground hospital ward to find test subjects and carry their capsules back to an elevator. Play solo or with up to three others, searching floors for tools while avoiding traps and enemies drawn to noise as you try to uncover the ward's secrets.
