In this Early Access first-person survival-horror game, you are trapped in the Backrooms and investigate what happened to earlier survivors. Alone or in online co-op, you explore procedurally generated corridors and abandoned camps, complete quests, solve environmental puzzles, and scavenge supplies while managing health, stamina, and sanity.
