What is God Save Birmingham?

This survival simulator takes place in a zombie-infested version of medieval Birmingham, England. As the town’s only survivor, you scavenge food and water, find shelter, manage your physical and mental health, and use movable objects to block doors or fend off zombies. You can also craft weapons and furnishings from scavenged resources.
