What is Imaginary Friend Institution?

A single-player, third-person psychological horror game set at Grimwell State Institution in the 1950s. You play Annabelle Walker, a young institutionalized woman, exploring, sneaking, and navigating platforming sequences as things only she sees begin to enter reality.
