What is Knightica?

Knightica is a single-player, 2D fantasy strategy game structured around runs to free the kingdoms. You choose a commander, recruit and upgrade troops, and position and rotate them before automatic battles against monsters and bosses. Along the way, you choose routes, visit shops, and strengthen your army with items, enchantments, and demonic souls.
